In all my years of experience, I've yet to finish a day without learning something new or looking at the world in a different way. She is a Basic Life Support (BLS) and Heartsaver's instructor for CPR, AED use, & First Aid under the American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Need CPR certification? Call Today

As a Yoga Therapist, Cora works with couples, singles, kids, & special needs groups. Energy is stimulated through physical movement, breath work, & dialogue (what's happening now), all to help reunite the mind & body. Figure out WHY that Lower back pain Or Sciatica just will not go away!
