About Cora's Journey

• Cora has been instructing CPR and swim lessions since 2000.  For 2 summers, Cora ran the Red Cross CPR and Learn to Swim program at Los Gatos High School pool in Northern California.  She had a staff of 10-15 'high schoolers' also teaching classes.  With a move to working as a Registered Nurse in 2009, Cora switched from Red Cross to the American Heart Association (AHA) instructing AHA's Heartsaver CPR, AED, & First Aid plus BLS courses.  Need CPR certification?  Call Today 

• Yoga Therapy:  Originally taught and certified in 2000 with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, many friends know that Cora's practice has morphed over the years.  Cora is an Intuitive Catalyst and has a natural ability in working hands-on with people.  Yoga therapy is one way to delve into bodily aches and pains related to / caused by reoccurring thoughts. *** Cora works with couples, singles, kids, & special needs individuals/groups.***
